We look at waste minimization first, after that has been accomplished, we look all possibilities of recycling your waste into a usable product. We have several plans in affect, where we can reduce your liabilities, paperwork and in some incidences get you recycling credits through your local or state government. With our unique web of environmental contacts, we may even find a direct source, capable of reusing your waste. Therefor eliminating your liabilities as a waste generator, making it a marketable commodity.

The fuel blending of qualified waste can reduce you liabilities, save money, and insure compliance with the regulatory community. Liquid, sludges and solids can be blended to meet a specific requirement by a permitted BIF facility, such as a cement kiln. The blended fuel is used for its heat content when introduced into the kiln as a supplement to burning coal. Your waste then becomes part of the end product, Cement! Therefore, there is no landfill of the ash, thus minimizing your company’s exposure to liability. However, kilns require that the solid's particle size be 1/8" or smaller to avoid clogging the kiln's nozzles. To keep the particles in suspension, we use grinders, mixers, agitated tankers and other related equipment. Because we can consistently maintain the required particle size, solids can be destroyed in kilns, rather than being put in landfills directly or sent for incineration. In fact, our solids reduction capabilities are among the most advanced and efficient in the industry allowing fuels to contain 50-60% or more suspended solids, yet still meeting individual kilns Boiler and Industrial Furnace requirements.
